Today I did HIIT training
I started with 3 min warm up then i joged for thirty seconds then sprinted for thirty seconds for three sets then i did a 45 second jog and 15 second sprint for seven sets then I cooled down with a 3 min jog again.
This morning I weighed in at 187 lbs.
Goal to get down to 170 lbs before bootcamp on August 24
