haha i love when i excersice and people stare... they wish they could run like me lol
I did HIIT today kinda late but I still did it
3 minute warm up like usual then i did 45 second of a run then 15 seconds of a sprint for the first six times i did it, I sprinted like the dogs from hell was after me.
the next four sets were ok not my best but i still pull through and finish it.
Then a 3 min warm down and stretched all and all today was okay
I think I work out better and more if I focus less on girls...I think I'm on something lol
but why do some girls have to look so cute though??
I'm gonna start posting pics of myself to track my progress so watch for them ;]

It weakens the mind and turns you into a girly wussbag.
I agree solely with this statement and that
Girls=trouble/waste of time and money
Your better off focusing on improving yourself
Today I went to the the YMCA at about 10 am
It was packed they were doing some thing they had a bounce house -_- which met alot of little kids messing with the equipment which sucked so I started with 20 min on the elliptical machine then i ran for 10 min
Then I started my real workout

HIIT
Today I did my High-intensity interval training
3 min warm up then two sets of 30 30 which was tiring then i got 7 sets of 40 20 then for the last set i did 30 30 again which was hard!!
I lost a few pounds 4 ;) in the last two weeks haha
i want to drop at least 10 more pounds my ultimate goal about 20 pounds so lets see
Oh yea NAVY SEAL training=gaygayagay i dont think i can do it anymore -_-

Today I did HIIT training
I started with 3 min warm up then i joged for thirty seconds then sprinted for thirty seconds for three sets then i did a 45 second jog and 15 second sprint for seven sets then I cooled down with a 3 min jog again.
This morning I weighed in at 187 lbs.
Goal to get down to 170 lbs before bootcamp on August 24
