Today I did my High-intensity interval training
3 min warm up then two sets of 30 30 which was tiring then i got 7 sets of 40 20 then for the last set i did 30 30 again which was hard!!
I lost a few pounds 4 ;) in the last two weeks haha
i want to drop at least 10 more pounds my ultimate goal about 20 pounds so lets see
Oh yea NAVY SEAL training=gaygayagay i dont think i can do it anymore -_-
